Bacon and Egg Sandwich
- 2 slices Wellshire Black Forest Bacon
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 English muffin
- Cook bacon as you like.
- Pour beaten eggs into a medium sized pan (spray pan to prevent sticking). Cook over medium heat until set. Place a slice of cheese over the cooked eggs so that it melts.
- Toast the English muffin.
- Assemble your sandwich by adding bacon and cheese covered eggs to the English muffin. Enjoy hot!
