Bacon and Eggs Breakfast Pizza

There are so many options for pizza toppings. Pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach, olives, buffalo chicken, pineapple, plain cheese… we all have a favorite! Have you ever tried bacon and eggs as a topping? Breakfast pizza is a unique and fun way to start your day! Your family will love this unique twist on a bacon and egg breakfast!

Bacon and Eggs Breakfast Pizza

  • 6 slices Wellshire Classic Dry Rubbed Bacon
  • 2 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • pizza crust or your favorite pizza dough recipe
  • 3 eggs


  • Cook bacon about halfway. Set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and garlic powder across the pizza dough. Then place bacon strips on top of the cheese. Finally, carefully crack 3 eggs on top of the pizza.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the egg whites are cooked and the crust is golden brown.
  • Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top if desired before serving.
