Bacon Apricot Spirals
Bacon Apricot Spirals are the perfect snack when you’re looking for a combo of sweet and savory! Wellshire Black Forest Bacon is savory in all the right ways, and compliments the apricot jam so well! Also, it’s just plain delicious!

Wellshire offers a lot of different bacon varieties! Black Forest Bacon is a great option for this recipe, however, feel free to change it up! Try a turkey, organic, or even sugar free variety to fit your needs!

Bacon Apricot Spirals
Ingredients
- 1 tube crescent roll dough the full sheet makes this easy
- 1 package Wellshire Fully Cooked Black Forest Bacon
- 1 1/2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp apricot jam, jelly, or preserves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Roll/spread crescent dough into a long rectangle at least 12" long x 9" tall.
- Cut strips about an inch wide down the length of the rectangle.
- Top each strip of dough with a slice of bacon, placed towards the short end where you will start rolling.
- Roll the dough into a spiral. Place each spiral on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all dough and bacon have been rolled into spirals. Set aside.
- In non-stick skillet, melt butter over low heat.
- When butter is melted, add the apricot jam. Stir together until jam has melted into the butter and combined.
- Spoon apricot mixture over each spiral.
- Bake until dough is golden brown, about 13-15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm. Refrigerate any leftovers!
