Bacon Bread Bruschetta
Throwing a last minute New Year’s Eve bash? Skip a full meal and serve a mix of bite-sized appetizers instead. One of our favorites? Bacon Bread Bruschetta!

Bacon Bread Bruschetta
Ingredients
- 1 large tomato chopped
- 3 tbsp fresh basil chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp olives chopped
- 1/2 salt
- 1/2 black pepper
- Baguette
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 package Wellshire Thick Dry Rubbed Bacon
Instructions
- Set oven to broil, high.
- Mix together tomato, fresh chopped basil, capers, olives, salt, and black pepper and let sit in fridge for an hour or two.
- Slice Baguette, brush with olive oil and broil in oven until toasted.
- In the meantime, cook bacon as you like. Cool and then crumble.
- Top bread with tomato mixture. Add bacon to the top of tomato mixture.
