Bacon Bread Bruschetta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large tomato chopped
  • 3 tbsp fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp olives chopped
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/2 black pepper
  • Baguette
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package Wellshire Thick Dry Rubbed Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Set oven to broil, high.
  • Mix together tomato, fresh chopped basil, capers, olives, salt, and black pepper and let sit in fridge for an hour or two.
  • Slice Baguette, brush with olive oil and broil in oven until toasted.
  • In the meantime, cook bacon as you like. Cool and then crumble.
  • Top bread with tomato mixture. Add bacon to the top of tomato mixture.
