Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 package Wellshire Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
  • In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and beat in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • Beat in cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Sprinkle with Wellshire Bacon Bits and chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
