  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 4oz Gruyere cheese grated
  • 1 4oz aged cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 package Wellshire Bacon Bits


  • Warm sour cream in a large pot over medium-low heat.
  • Add cheese to the pot in handfuls, alternating cheese types, and stirring well until each addition is melted.
  • Add dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the melted cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Add half the package of bacon bits, mix thoroughly.
  • Transfer cheese mixture to a warmed fondue pot. Sprinkle remaining half of the bacon bits on top.
