Bacon Cheddar Fondue

Bacon Cheddar Fondue
Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 4oz Gruyere cheese grated
- 1 4oz aged cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 package Wellshire Bacon Bits
Instructions
- Warm sour cream in a large pot over medium-low heat.
- Add cheese to the pot in handfuls, alternating cheese types, and stirring well until each addition is melted.
- Add dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the melted cheese. Stir to combine.
- Add half the package of bacon bits, mix thoroughly.
- Transfer cheese mixture to a warmed fondue pot. Sprinkle remaining half of the bacon bits on top.
