  • 1 package Wellshire Thick Dry Rubbed Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup flour sifted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs well beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  • Mix together bacon, flour, salt, eggs, milk, and corn.
  • In a large skillet, heat 1/8 inch of olive oil. Drop 1 tablespoon batter mixture onto skillet. Flatten with a spatula and cook until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  • Place finished fritters on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Serve hot!
