Bacon Corn Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 package Wellshire Thick Dry Rubbed Bacon chopped
- 1 cup flour sifted
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs well beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups whole kernel corn drained
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix together bacon, flour, salt, eggs, milk, and corn.
- In a large skillet, heat 1/8 inch of olive oil. Drop 1 tablespoon batter mixture onto skillet. Flatten with a spatula and cook until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Place finished fritters on a paper towel to drain excess grease. Serve hot!
