Bacon Egg Bites
Whip up some Bacon Egg Bites filled with veggies and loaded with Wellshire bacon for a power packed breakfast to get the little ones ready for any occasion!

Bacon Egg Bites
Ingredients
- 1 package Wellshire Thick Dry Rubbed Bacon
- 1/2 cup onion minced
- 1 cup green peppers chopped
- 10 large eggs room temperature
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- Pinch salt
- Pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lay bacon on a baking sheet and bake until crispy. Crumble once cooled.
- In a greased pan, sauté onions and peppers until tender. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Mix well.
- Add cheese, bacon, and vegetables to the egg mixture. Add salt and black pepper.
- Divide the egg mixture into greased ramekins or a muffin tin. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
