Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 8oz package Wellshire Beef Bacon
  • 12oz package peeled shrimp
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cut the bacon package in half long ways and spread it out on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
  • Put the bacon in the oven and cook it for 10 minutes just to soften it up.
  • Put the peeled shrimp on paper towels to dry up any excess moisture.
  • Cut the bacon in half again long ways and wrap a piece of bacon around a shrimp and secure it with the toothpick and put it on a cookie sheet.
  • Repeat this process until all the shrimp and bacon are used up.
  • When all the shrimp and bacon are used up, put the cookie sheet back in the oven and cook the shrimp until pink, about 7-8 minutes.
  • Mix the mayo with the chili powder, garlic, salt and lime juice.
  • Serve the shrimp with the spicy mayo and enjoy!
