BBQ Turkey Bacon Cheddar Meatloaf

We think our turkey bacon goes well with just about anything, including this take on traditional meatloaf! This meal takes little prep time, making it super simple for your family. BBQ Cheddar Bacon Meatloaf

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mustard
  • 2oz sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1 egg

Toppings

  • 2oz sugar-free BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped turkey bacon (about 5 slices)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line loaf pan with foil.
  • Combine all the ingredients for the meat and press into the bottom of loaf pan.
  • Brush the barbecue sauce on top and sprinkle on the cheese and bacon. Add extra sauce and cheese as desired.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes or until 160 degrees on a meat thermometer.
