• 1/2 stick unsalted butter
• 1 bag microwave popcorn find one with as little butter as possible
• 1 bag jumbo marshmallows
• 1 bag Wellshire Bacon Bits
• 1/2 bag mini chocolate chips
• 1/4 bag mini marshmallows

Instructions

 

• Pop popcorn according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
• Melt butter over low heat. When butter is melted, add bag of marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are melted.
• Add bag of popcorn to melted marshmallows, being mindful of any kernels that are not fully popped. Mix with wooden spoon to coat.
• Add bacon bits and mini chocolate chips. Stir to combine, chocolate will melt.
• Form popcorn balls with your hands. Top with additional bacon bits and mini marshmallows! Plate and enjoy!
