Crock-Pot Corned Beef
Treat your family to a traditional Saint Patrick’s Day meal with Wellshire’s Corned Beef Brisket.

Crock-Pot Corned Beef
Ingredients
- 1 package Wellshire Corned Beef
- 3 cups water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large red potatoes cut into quarters
- 6 carrots peeled and chopped
- 1 large head of cabbage cut into small wedges
Instructions
- Place the Wellshire Corned Beef with packaged spices in a crock-pot or large pot. Add water and rinse out the packaging to get the remaining spices into the pot.
- Add potatoes and carrots to the pot, along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Add cabbage, cook for additional 40-60 minutes. Corned Beef should be tender. Remove from the pot and plate with vegetables. Slice the Corned Beef to your liking.
