  • 1 package Wellshire Corned Beef
  • 3 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 large red potatoes cut into quarters
  • 6 carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 large head of cabbage cut into small wedges


  • Place the Wellshire Corned Beef with packaged spices in a crock-pot or large pot. Add water and rinse out the packaging to get the remaining spices into the pot.
  • Add potatoes and carrots to the pot, along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Add cabbage, cook for additional 40-60 minutes. Corned Beef should be tender. Remove from the pot and plate with vegetables. Slice the Corned Beef to your liking.
