Deviled Ham on Cucumber Cups
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 cup Applewood Seasoned Sliced Intact Ham finely chopped
- 1 large hard-boiled egg finely chopped
- 3 tbsp celery finely diced
- 2 tbsp onion minced
- 1 English cucumber
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in ham, egg, celery and onion.
- Cut cucumber into 1/2 inch thick slices. Leaving the bottom intact, scoop out seeds with a small spoon.
- Fill each cucumber with about 1 1/2 teaspoons ham salad. Garnish with celery leaves, if desired.
