  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup Applewood Seasoned Sliced Intact Ham finely chopped
  • 1 large hard-boiled egg finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp celery finely diced
  • 2 tbsp onion minced
  • 1 English cucumber


  • Combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in ham, egg, celery and onion.
  • Cut cucumber into 1/2 inch thick slices. Leaving the bottom intact, scoop out seeds with a small spoon.
  • Fill each cucumber with about 1 1/2 teaspoons ham salad. Garnish with celery leaves, if desired.
