Garlic Parmesan Bacon Knots

Garlic Parmesan Bacon Knots

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry thawed
  • 12 strips Wellshire Sugar Free Paleo Dry Rubbed Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, and salt. Set aside.
  • Place the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 12 (1/2 inch) wide strips.
  • Lay one slice of bacon on top of each puff pastry strip and tie it into a knot. Place on the prepared baking sheet and repeat for all of the bacon and puff pastry.
  • Sprinkle the tops of the knots with the garlic-Parmesan mixture.
  • Bake 30-35 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown and the bacon is crispy. Serve room temperature or warm.
