Ham & Cheese Frittata
Wake up the whole family with this simple recipe! It’s the perfect way to use up all of your ham leftovers!

Ham & Cheese Frittata
Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt pinch
- black pepper pinch
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 red bell pepper diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper diced
- 1 white onion diced
- 1 cup Wellshire Spiral Sliced Ham (or your favorite Wellshire ham) diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
- On stove on medium-low heat, melt butter in a skillet. Once butter is melted, add diced peppers and onions until cooked down.
- Once peppers and onions are cooked, add egg mixture over top of the heated skillet. Then sprinkle diced ham and 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Set remaining shredded cheese aside.
- Bake skillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Add remaining shredded cheese to the top and bake for another minute or until cheese is melted on top.
- Cut cooked frittata into sections, add salt and black pepper to taste and serve!
