Ham & Cheese Frittata

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt pinch
  • black pepper pinch
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 white onion diced
  • 1 cup Wellshire Spiral Sliced Ham (or your favorite Wellshire ham) diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl mix eggs, milk, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  • On stove on medium-low heat, melt butter in a skillet. Once butter is melted, add diced peppers and onions until cooked down.
  • Once peppers and onions are cooked, add egg mixture over top of the heated skillet. Then sprinkle diced ham and 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs. Set remaining shredded cheese aside.
  • Bake skillet in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Add remaining shredded cheese to the top and bake for another minute or until cheese is melted on top.
  • Cut cooked frittata into sections, add salt and black pepper to taste and serve!
