Keto Deep Dish Pizza Casserole

While we all find ourselves craving pizza from time to time, it’s not always the healthiest option for our families. So how do we satisfy our pizza cravings without regretting it the next day?

How about trying Keto Deep Dish Pizza Casserole to give you a healthier alternative to traditional pizza! This recipe adds in cauliflower and is made without any crust. You’ll still be getting that pizza taste you want, but it’s also a fantastic way to easily incorporate vegetables into your meal. It also only takes 10 minutes to prepare for quick meal prep. Our Wellshire family didn’t seem to mind this new take on pizza since the casserole dish was empty by the end of the day! We know your family won’t mind the change either.   • 24oz riced cauliflower
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 jar sugar-free marinara sauce
  • 2 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
  • sliced pepperoni
  • Wellshire Bacon Bits


  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a 9x13 inch glass casserole dish, toss the cauliflower with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Arrange evenly in a single layer and roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, until browned
  • Pour the marinara sauce over the cauliflower. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Place pepperoni slices over the cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits on top.
  • Place casserole back in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
