Mini Corn Dog Muffins
It’s back to school season – full of new things to learn, fun new friends to meet, and of course new recipes to try! We’ve found a new yummy recipe for Mini Corn Dog Muffins that we’re loving! Simple and easy, it’s perfect for after school snacks, or even to share on big game days!
Mini Corn Dog Muffins
Ingredients
- favorite cornbread mix OR recipe we used Krusteaz Honey Cornbread
- 3 Wellshire Premium Beef Franks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spray a mini muffin tin very well with non-stick spray.
- Make cornbread according to package or recipe directions.
- Dice Wellshire Beef Franks, and add to cornbread batter.
- Spoon cornbread mix into mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown. Cool in mini muffin tin for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
