  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 2/3 cup Wellshire Virginia Honey Ham Nugget chopped
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1/8 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1 large egg


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Sauté onion 2 minutes over medium-high heat in a large non-stick skillet or until crisp-tender.
  • Add ham. Cook for 3 more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a whisk.
  • Add ham mixture and stir again.
  • Spoon mixture into 24 miniature muffin cups coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
