Pork Carnitas Queso Dip
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter melted
- 1 cup bell peppers chopped
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 pound deli american cheese chopped
- 1/2 package Wellshire Seared Pork Carnitas
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Melt butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat until it sizzles.
- Add peppers, and cook until tender.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add milk and cheese. Heat until melted.
- Add pork carnitas. Cook until heathed through, about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
