Bacon Bit Bunny Cookies

Have the kids help out with Easter baking! Take the classic sugar cookie to a savory new level by sprinkling Wellshire Bacon Bits on top!

Bacon Bit Bunny Cookies
  1. In a large mixing bowl, begin to combine sugar and butter until you get a smooth consistency.
  2. Next, add your vanilla extract and eggs. Gradually add your flour, salt, and baking soda. Chill your dough for at least an hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Roll cookies to desired thickness (about half an inch). Use cookie cutters to create desired shapes.
  4. Place cookies on ungreased pan and bake for about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Let your cookies cool completely (you may want to chill them in the refrigerator). Add a few drops of food color to any store bought icing (or make your own). Sprinkle Wellshire All Natural Bacon Bits on icing.
