  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with cheddar cheese. On a cutting board, chop tomato, jalapeno pepper, and avocado; set aside. Mince the red onion, set aside. Top tortilla chips with Wellshire Homestyle BBQ Tubs and sprinkle a small amount of minced onion on top. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven; load the baked chips with avocado, cilantro, red onion, tomato, and jalapeno. Serve immediately. Use any of your favorite add-ons to load your nachos to the max.
