Crock-Pot Corned Beef
Treat your family to a traditional Saint Patrick's Day meal with Wellshire's Corned Beef Brisket.
  1. Place the Wellshire Corned Beef with packaged spices in a crock-pot or large pot. Add water and rinse out the packaging to get the remaining spices into the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for an hour.
  2. Add potatoes and carrots to the pot, cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage, cook for additional 15 minutes. Corned Beef should be tender. Remove from the pot and plate with vegetables. Slice the Corned Beef to your liking.
