Pulled BBQ: Three Ways

These BBQ inspired appetizers will be a go-to for your summer picnics!¬†Feel free to get creative and add to our list of ingredients! Note: depending on how many of these appetizers you choose to make at once, you might need more or less of what’s on the ingredient list!

Pulled BBQ: Three Ways

  1. BBQ Nachos: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet, top with shredded cheese. On a cutting board, chop veggies listed in the recipe or veggies of your choice; set aside. Top tortilla chips with Wellshire Homestyle BBQ Tubs in flavor of your choice (pork, chicken, or beef) and sprinkle a small amount of minced onion on top. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from the oven; load the baked chips with remaining veggies.
  2. BBQ Crostini: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop veggies listed in recipe or use veggies of your choice; set aside. Layer crostini with cheese and top with Wellshire Homestyle BBQ Tubs in flavor of your choice (pork, chicken, or beef). Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from the oven; load the baked chips with veggies.
  3. BBQ Sliders: Heat Wellshire Homestyle BBQ Tubs in flavor of your choice (pork, chicken, or beef) to desired temperature. Load mini rolls with desired amount of meat, add toppings of your choice! Feel free to warm the entire sliders in the oven for a few minutes to toast the rolls and melt any cheese!
