Spiced Chai Pumpkin Pancakes
Anyone else ready for fall!? Here at Wellshire the air is starting to cool and the leaves are just starting to change. Which means it’s time for bonfires, cozy sweaters, and most importantly, pumpkin! There’s no limit to what foods people are making with pumpkin these days and we are on board to try them all!
We decided to make some pumpkin pancakes! And not only that, but we added some spiced Chai flavoring into the mix to fully embrace that fall feeling. It’s a perfect way to start your morning, or end your day with warm breakfast for dinner!
Wellshire has also recently launched a new specialty craft bacon that we’re so excited about: Maple Bourbon Bacon! The new thick-cut bacon features rich, seasonal flavors like maple sugar and salted bourbon, a perfect combination of savory and sweet! We used this bacon in our pancake recipe.
