  • Wellshire Breakfast Sausage any variety
  • shredded hash browns about 20 oz
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or cheese substitute
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk or milk substitute
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste


  • Set the oven to 350°F
  • Follow the cooking instructions on the breakfast sausage packaging.
  • Follow the cooking instructions on the packaging of your frozen shredded hash browns and cook until lightly browned.
  • Combine sausage, hash browns and cheese. Put in a greased pan.
  • Lastly, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper and pour over the sausage and hash brown mixture.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes and enjoy!
