Preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll/spread crescent dough into a long rectangle at least 12" long x 9" tall.
Cut strips about an inch wide down the length of the rectangle.
Top each strip of dough with a slice of bacon, placed towards the short end where you will start rolling.
Roll the dough into a spiral. Place each spiral on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all dough and bacon have been rolled into spirals. Set aside.
In non-stick skillet, melt butter over low heat.
When butter is melted, add the apricot jam. Stir together until jam has melted into the butter and combined.
Spoon apricot mixture over each spiral.
Bake until dough is golden brown, about 13-15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm. Refrigerate any leftovers!
