Bacon Apricot Spirals

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough the full sheet makes this easy
  • 1 package Wellshire Fully Cooked Black Forest Bacon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp apricot jam, jelly, or preserves


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Roll/spread crescent dough into a long rectangle at least 12" long x 9" tall.
  • Cut strips about an inch wide down the length of the rectangle.
  • Top each strip of dough with a slice of bacon, placed towards the short end where you will start rolling.
  • Roll the dough into a spiral. Place each spiral on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat until all dough and bacon have been rolled into spirals. Set aside.
  • In non-stick skillet, melt butter over low heat.
  • When butter is melted, add the apricot jam. Stir together until jam has melted into the butter and combined.
  • Spoon apricot mixture over each spiral.
  • Bake until dough is golden brown, about 13-15 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm. Refrigerate any leftovers!
