frozen

Wellshire Maple Bourbon Bacon
chopped

minced garlic

tbsp
thyme leaves
fresh or dried

butter

frozen peas
thawed
sea salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

lemon juice
Instructions
Prepare gnocchi according to package directions. Set aside when completed.
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat, until slightly crisp. Discard most of the bacon grease.
Add garlic and thyme leaves, cook for about a minute.
Add gnocchi (drained) to the pan. Stir in the butter until melted.
Add peas, salt and pepper, and mix to combine. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and let the flavors meld. Serve hot!
