Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cut the bacon package in half long ways and spread it out on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
Put the bacon in the oven and cook it for 10 minutes just to soften it up.
Put the peeled shrimp on paper towels to dry up any excess moisture.
Cut the bacon in half again long ways and wrap a piece of bacon around a shrimp and secure it with the toothpick and put it on a cookie sheet.
Repeat this process until all the shrimp and bacon are used up.
When all the shrimp and bacon are used up, put the cookie sheet back in the oven and cook the shrimp until pink, about 7-8 minutes.
Mix the mayo with the chili powder, garlic, salt and lime juice.
Serve the shrimp with the spicy mayo and enjoy!
