In a medium bowl, whisk egg, spiced chai concentrate, and milk until combined. Whisk in pancake mix until smooth. Let batter stand 5 minutes.
Heat oven to 400F. Place bacon on foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake about 15 minutes. Cut up the bacon into very small pieces.
Pre-heat a pan over medium. Working in batches, use a quarter-cup measuring cup to drop batter onto the pan. Sprinkle pieces of bacon onto the pancake.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, flipping pancakes when edges are no longer glossy and bubbles form in the center. Cook another minutes or so and transfer pancakes to a plate.
Serve pancakes with plenty of syrup for drizzling. And don't forget a side of Maple Bourbon Bacon!
