Bacon Wrapped Puff Pastry

  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 12 strips Wellshire Thick Sliced Bacon
  • 2oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Lay out one sheet of puff pastry. Brush with the beaten egg.
  • Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread mixture on top of pastry.
  • Place the second sheet of pastry over top of the first. Press together and seal around the edges.
  • Cut pastry into 12 long pieces.
  • Wrap each pastry pieces with a piece of bacon.
  • Set the bacon wrapped pastry pieces on a baking sheet. Bake for 35 minutes, until pastry is browned and bacon is crispy.
  • Mix together cream cheese and butter until combined. Add powdered sugar and milk, mix until smooth.
  • Drizzle icing over pastry pieces and enjoy!
