Lay bacon on a baking sheet and bake until crispy. Crumble once cooled.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Mix well.
Add cheese, bacon, and vegetables to the egg mixture. Add salt and black pepper.
Divide the egg mixture into greased ramekins or a muffin tin. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
