Turkey Bacon Lettuce Wraps

  • 2-3 slices Wellshire Organic Sugar Free Turkey Bacon
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste


  • Cook the turkey bacon per package instructions. Set aside to drain on a paper towel.
  • Slice tomato and avocado.
  • Pull at least two large lettuce leaves from the heart of the romaine lettuce.
  • Layer the turkey bacon, tomato, and avocado in the lettuce leaves.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap up the lettuce leaves like they were a tortilla wrap and enjoy!
