Cinnamon Bacon French Toast

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 slices bread
  • Wellshire Bacon Bits
  • your favorite maple syrup optional
  • whipped cream optional


  • Beat eggs and combine with milk in a wide brimmed dish.
  • Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Place a pan over medium heat (spray to prevent sticking). Take a slice of bread and coat in the mixture. Place in the pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and bacon bits over the top of the bread.
  • Once the bottom of the bread starts to brown, flip over. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream, and more bacon bits if desired!
