Bacon and Egg Sandwich

  • 2 slices Wellshire Black Forest Bacon
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1 English muffin


  • Cook bacon as you like.
  • Pour beaten eggs into a medium sized pan (spray pan to prevent sticking). Cook over medium heat until set. Place a slice of cheese over the cooked eggs so that it melts.
  • Toast the English muffin.
  • Assemble your sandwich by adding bacon and cheese covered eggs to the English muffin. Enjoy hot!
