Put oil in a skillet and warm over medium heat.
Prepare Wellshire pot roast according to package directions. Shred with forks. Add to skillet.
Add potatoes and frozen vegetables to skillet. Cover, and heat until frozen vegetables are crisp. Add gravy and mix to coat.
Spoon the meat and vegetable mixture into ungreased ramekins. Put ramekins on shallow baking sheet.
Open tube of crescent dough, but do NOT unroll. Cut dough into 7-8 slices, then cut each slice in half. You should end up with 14-16 semi-circles of dough.
Place each semi-circle of dough around the edge of the ramekin, keeping the pieces of dough touching.
Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes until meat mixture is bubbly and dough is baked and golden brown. Serve warm.
