Miniature Pot Roast Pie

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package Wellshire Braised Angus Beef Pot Roast
  • 1 cup russett potatoes finely diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots
  • 1 cup brown gravy (your favorite brand or recipe)
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough


  • Put oil in a skillet and warm over medium heat.
  • Prepare Wellshire pot roast according to package directions. Shred with forks. Add to skillet.
  • Add potatoes and frozen vegetables to skillet. Cover, and heat until frozen vegetables are crisp. Add gravy and mix to coat.
  • Spoon the meat and vegetable mixture into ungreased ramekins. Put ramekins on shallow baking sheet.
  • Open tube of crescent dough, but do NOT unroll. Cut dough into 7-8 slices, then cut each slice in half. You should end up with 14-16 semi-circles of dough.
  • Place each semi-circle of dough around the edge of the ramekin, keeping the pieces of dough touching.
  • Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes until meat mixture is bubbly and dough is baked and golden brown. Serve warm.
